Presentation of Garland and Flowers on behalf of the Province of Antwerp by Mrs. Governor and on behalf of the Indian Embassy by His Excellency the Ambassador of India
The Right Honourable Baron Marc Bossuyt, Emeritus President of the Belgian Constitutional Court on the importance of mahatma Gandhi for the development of Constitutional Law
Academic presentation by Professor Idesbald Godeeris , Professor at the Catholic University of Leuven , “Mahatma Gandhi in World History.”
Mr Bart De Wever, Burgomaster of the City of Antwerp Gandhi message and presentation of a Garland on behalf of the City of Antwerp.
Mr Mehul Kothari, Chairman of the Antwerp Indian Association, will say a few words on behalf of the Indian Community of Antwerp.
